Returns
OrlandoMagicShop.com is committed to complete customer satisfaction with all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order, minus the shipping charges.
All returned items must have original tags attached.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items marked 'SALE' or personalized jerseys.
*Please include a typed or handwritten note stating that you are returning the merchandise for credit back to your purchasing account.
| Exchanges
Any exchanges need to be made within 30 days of your initial order, though you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
If your item is damaged upon receipt please contact our Customer Service Line at: 1-866-OM-STUFF.
Laundered (washed) garments, previously worn clothing, damaged products, and opened media products cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Please include a typed or handwritten note stating your reason for the exchange and what you would like to get in exchange (size, style, etc.)
