Shipping Policy
OrlandoMagicShop.com Most orders will be shipped 1 to 2 business days after they are placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know the expected shipping date.
All orders are sent without a signature requirement, due to varied UPS delivery times. A signature requirement can be added by request in the Comment text box on your Shopping Cart page.
OrlandoMagicShop.com utilizes UPS for shipping orders. Charges are automatically calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Delivery times and charges vary based upon the method of shipment you choose, your location, and the total value of your order. Some destinations may only offer one shipping method.
UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day and Overnight Delivery is available. If you upgrade your shipping to one of these methods, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 pm (Noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
UPS 3 Day Select is not available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada.
Shipping and handling charges for orders in excess of $400 USD may be adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs. This adjustment may increase or decrease the cost reflected on our shipping tables due to variances in weight, carrier, and destination. You will be contacted for approval if the shipping charges are to be adjusted.
International Shipping
UPS International Ground is utilized for most orders outside of the continental United States. Delivery to most international locations is available. However, if you do not see the destination country in the shipping drop-down menu when you are placing your order, we do not ship to that country. Shipment dates are estimates only. Oversized/overweight items cannot be shipped overseas. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and fees incurred for shipment of your order.
Please note that international orders may be delayed for credit card verification. In order to ensure a smooth order process, please make sure that your billing and shipping information (including name and phone numbers) are correct.
Shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico
Standard shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico is through the United States Postal Service. Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.

Customs Charges
OrlandoMagicShop.com is required by law to reveal the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country. OrlandoMagicShop.com is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and fees incurred for shipment of your order.
To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to deny any orders where credit card verification does not provide sufficient information.
Return Policy
OrlandoMagicShop.com is committed to complete customer satisfaction with all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order, minus the shipping charges. Please include a typed or handwritten letter explaining your reason for the return. All returned items must have original tags attached.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items marked 'SALE' or personalized jerseys.
Exchange Policy
Any exchanges need to be made within 30 days of your initial order, though you will be responsible for all shipping charges. If your item is damaged upon receipt please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-OM-STUFF. Laundered (washed) garments, previously worn clothing, damaged products, and opened media products cannot be returned or exchanged.

When returning any item, please be sure to carefully package the product(s). We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund for any product that is sent to our corporate office damaged in any way. In such a case, you must file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as what to do with the damaged product.
Damaged Goods
products that are damaged upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. OrlandoMagicShop.com cannot accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time period. Upon receiving a product that is damaged, please call us at 866-OM-STUFF before returning the product.
Promotion, Discount & Coupon Codes
OrlandoMagicShop.com occasionally offers online discounts & coupons. Only one (1) discount or coupon code per order will be honored, and we reserve the right to reject any code at our discretion.
*Promotion or Discount Code would be entered in the "Shopping Cart" section of the checkout process. This code usually is for a percentage (%) off your total purchase or for a particular item. This code can also include Buy One, Get One 1/2 off and other similar sales.
*Coupon Code would be entered during the "Final Purchase Approval" section of the checkout process. This code is for a dollar ($) amount off your total purchase and is located in the same Payment Information box that calls for your credit card information. Enter this code and hit Apply prior to entering in your credit card information.
Cancelled Orders
You may cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, unless it is a special order or personalized jersey.
Pricing or Product Discrepancies
OrlandoMagicShop.com makes every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our site. However, occasionally some product or pricing information may be erroneous. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate information such as this, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer refund.
